At LIVNT, we craft garments with intention — from premium fabrics to meaningful designs. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Returns Policy
We offer a 3-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered.
âś… Eligibility:
Returns must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Return requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
đźšš Return Process:
Step 1: Click on the “Returns” option in our main menu and submit your order details.
Step 2: Our team will review and approve your return request via email or SMS.
Step 3: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address (please use the original packaging box, if available).
Step 4: Upon receiving the product, our quality control team will verify its condition and process your refund.
đź’ł Refunds
Refunds are issued in the form of a LIVNT Gift Card (store credit) with no expiry — so you can shop with us anytime in the future.
If the product was received damaged or defective, the entire product value will be refunded as a gift card without any deduction.
🟨 Example:
If you return an item worth ₹1,500, and it passes quality check:
You will receive a LIVNT Gift Card worth ₹1,500
❌Cancellations
Due to operational constraints, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations. We kindly encourage customers to place orders mindfully.
